Terms & Conditions: Honey Weddings Free Wedding Coverage Competition

Eligibility: This competition is open to engaged couples planning to get married in Melbourne or surrounding areas in 2024. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of engagement may be required.

Entry Submission: Each couple may submit only one entry. Entries must include a text that tells the couple's love story. Submissions must be made through the designated form provided by Honey Weddings. Entries submitted via email or social media platforms will not be accepted.

Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by 30th September 2024. Late entries will not be considered.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on the most beautiful and touching story as judged by the Honey Weddings team. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Announcement: The winning couple will be announced on Honey Weddings’ social media channels during the first week of October 2024. The winner will also be notified directly via email or phone.

Prize: The prize includes full-day wedding photography and video coverage, edited photos, video highlights, and a pre-wedding consultation to discuss the couple's vision and preferences. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other items.

Date and Location: The wedding date and location must be mutually agreed upon by the winning couple and Honey Weddings. The wedding must take place in Melbourne or surrounding areas in 2024. If the couple’s wedding plans change and no longer fit these conditions, the prize may be forfeited.

Usage Rights: By entering the competition, entrants agree to grant Honey Weddings the right to use their love story, images, and videos taken during the wedding day for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, and marketing materials.

Privacy: Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the terms of the competition or as required by law.

Modification and Termination: Honey Weddings reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated via our website and social media channels.

Agreement to Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification.
